Steps To Draw A Candy Corn Monster
Candy con is one of the popular candies on Halloween; on Halloween, we used to eat and give a lot of candy corn. Today, we wish you all a happy Halloween! Here is a short preview of today’s tutorial you can see we have drawn a cute little candy corn monster for kids and beginners as a treat.
Step 1: Outline the Candy
We are starting by sketching the outline of our cute candy corn. Begin by sketching a triangular pyramid shape candy outline. We prefer to use a pencil for kids and beginners but we are using a black marker for a clean look.
Step 2: Draw Right Arm
Now we are drawing a monster, so monsters have some hands and legs and we are drawing a monster hand in this step. So just on the right side, sketch two lines in the upper direction to make the arm of our candy corn monster.
Step 3: Sketch Left Arm
Similarly, on the left side, sketch two lines in the upper direction to make the arm of our candy corn monster.
Step 4: Complete Left Hand
Now, to complete our left hand, draw a wrist and four fingers. We make spooky scary fingers for our cute monster.
Step 5: Complete Right Hand
Similarly, draw the right hand of our candy corn monster. We continue from the arm lines to make a wrist and scary, spooky four fingers of our monster.
Step 6: Sketch Left Leg
Now from the bottom of the candy corn sketch two parallel lines for the leg of our monster and then sketch a curved foot for our cute candy corn monster.
Step 7: Sketch Right Leg
Following the previous step, sketch the right leg of our monster. Repeat the same step to draw the leg and foot of our cute monster.
Step 8: Add Section To Candy Corn
Now sketch two curves one at the top side and one at the bottom of the candy corn monster’s body. Candy corn consists of three layers, we also sketch three layers to our candy corn monster.
Step 9: Sketch Left Eyebrow
Now from the top left of the candy corn monster sketch two parallel lines for the eyebrow of our monster then fill it with a black marker for a sharp scary eyebrow.
Step 10: Sketch Right Leg
Again, from the top right of the candy corn monster sketch two parallel lines for the eyebrow of our monster then fill it with a black marker for a sharp scary eyebrow.
Step 11: Sketch Monster Left Eye
We need to draw the eye scary as we are drawing a monster. Let’s sketch a curve from the left side of the eyebrow to form an eye outline and draw a small black circle on the right side of the eye for pupils.
Step 12: Sketch Monster Right Eye
Again, repeat the same step on the right eye too. sketch a curve on the right side from the eyebrow to form an eye outline and draw a small black circle on the left side of the eye for pupils.
Step 13: Sketch Smiley Mouth
Now, draw a curve from the left to the right side for the smiley face of our candy corn monster.
Step 14: Add a Tongue
Let’s add a tongue outside of the mouth to make our candy monster more scary.
Step 15: Add Pointed Teeth
Finally, add two pointed teeth on the left and right side of the mouth to complete our drawing. Wow, our candy corn monster is ready and looks scary. This Halloween you can enjoy drawing this cute candy corn monster.
Coloring our Cute Candy Corn Monster
After completing the drawing of our candy corn monster, let’s proceed with coloring. We have selected some basic colors, but feel free to choose colors according to your preference as well.
We colored the second layer with orange and the third layer with yellow. And for the tongue, we just filled them with dark red color.
