Steps to Draw Peppa Pig
Peppa Pig, a sweet little pig, is a character from a popular British preschool animated television series about a little pink pig and her family. She’s a favorite character among preschoolers. In this tutorial, you’ll learn to draw Peppa. So, please go through the steps given below:
Step 1: Outline the Snout
For the snout of Peppa Pig, draw a small oval-shaped structure slightly to the left of the paper. Then, sketch a short inclined line from the lower portion of the oval moving toward the right.
Step 2: Outline the Face
To outline the face of Peppa Pig, sketch a half circle from the short line drawn in Step 1 to the upper portion of the oval structure elongated to the top.
Step 3: Outline the Body
Sketch slightly curved lines from both sides of the face moving downward for the body of Peppa Pig. Then sketch a horizontal line from the end of the curve in the left to the right or vice versa.
Step 4: Add Nostrils and Ears
Sketch two U-shaped structures facing downward on the top for the ears of Peppa Pig. Now, add two small circles for the nostrils.
Step 5: Sketch Eyes
To draw Peppa Pig’s eyes, sketch two small circles on her head and add smaller circles inside the circles drawn before in each eye.
Step 6: Draw a Patch on the Cheek and Curved Line for the Mouth
Draw a small, round patch on the cheek of Peppa Pig which is a distinctive feature of her character design and is often seen as a cute and endearing part of her appearance. Then sketch a C-shaped structure facing upward for her mouth.
Step 7: Draw the Upper Left Hoof
For the hoof of Peppa Pig, draw a fork-like structure from the top of the body with two straight lines ending with three fingers-like structures to the left.
Step 8: Draw the Upper Right Hoof
For the other hoof on the right, repeat the same process as in Step 7 by drawing a fork-like structure from the top of the body with two straight lines ending with three fingers-like structures.
Step 9: Draw the Lower Left Hoof
To make the third hoof of the Pig, sketch two vertical lines parallel to each other. Then, draw a curved shape like an egg below them.
Step 10: Draw the Lower Right Hoof
Repeat the same process for the other remaining hoof as in Step 9 by sketching two parallel vertical lines. Then, draw a curved shape like an egg below them.
Step 11: Draw the Tail of Peppa Pig
Now, sketch a spindle shape for the grass surrounding the lower hooves of Peppa Pig. Then draw her short, curly tail that adds to her overall cute appearance.
