Steps To Draw A Tie

Step 1: Draw Two Straight Lines
Begin by sketching two straight lines as depicted in the image above. Remember to use a pencil, as we’ll be erasing them later.
Step 2: Draw Two Letter V
Next, sketch two V shapes at the top of the straight lines as illustrated in the image above. Also, remember to use a pencil to draw light strokes as we will be erasing them later.
Step 3: Draw Shirt Collar
Utilize the reference lines from steps 1 and 2 to draw a shirt collar following the image above. Our tutorial is so easy and simple just follow the images provided.
Step 4: Draw Tie’s Knot
Likewise, sketch the centre of the collar, incorporate the tie knot, and gradually narrow it as it descends. Ensure it widens at the bottom, and conclude by drawing a V shape as indicated in the figure above. Reference the lines drawn earlier for accuracy.
Step 5: Erase Rough Lines
We’re nearly done with the tie drawing. Now, erase the preliminary lines from step one and two to refine the final look.
Step 6: Draw a Small Line Pattern
Once the main outline is complete, enhance the tie by adding a subtle pattern of curved stripes. Ensure even spacing along their length. With this step, we have successfully finished drawing a tie.
