Steps To Draw A Fish
A fish is a water animal and today we are drawing the goldfish which is a beautiful and common fish. You can preview a short demo of today’s tutorial below. Follow the steps below to easily draw a fish.
Step 1: Draw Fish Body Outline
Start by drawing a perfect oval shape as shown in the image above. Then, cut it on the left side to create the fish’s mouth.
Step 2: Draw Fish Eyes & Fin
Next, draw a small circle and place a black dot inside to create the fish’s eye as shown in the picture above. Additionally, draw a curve inside to separate the face and body parts of the fish. Then, draw the fish’s pectoral fin.
Step 3: Draw Fish Tail
Now, draw a triangular shape outline and add some lines to create the fish’s tail as shown in the image above.
Step 4: Draw Fins
Similarly, draw dorsal fins at the top as shown in the image above. Also, draw the pelvic fin below as indicated in the image above. This is the very short and easy tutorial especially designed for small kids.
Coloring a Fish
After completing the drawing of the fish, let’s move forward with coloring. We have chosen some basic colors.
You can also choose colors according to your preference. In our example, we colored the fish’s body with orange and yellow for the fins and tail of the fish.
